1. Service Overview
- Zolmi provides users with mobile photography shooting tools, real-time frame adjustment, professional image optimization, photo editing, post-processing and other related digital content creation services.
- We reserve the right to modify, upgrade, adjust or optimize the functions, interface and service scope of the application at any time without prior individual notification.
- This service is intended for personal non-commercial lawful use only. We do not grant any commercial service license through this Agreement.
2. Account Rules & Eligibility
- Users must be at least 13 years of age to use this application. If you are under the age of majority in your region, you shall use this service under the supervision and consent of a legal guardian.
- You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, and for all activities conducted under your account.
- You agree not to create fraudulent, misleading or duplicate accounts, and shall notify us immediately of any unauthorized account breach.
3. Acceptable Use Code of Conduct
- You shall use Zolmi in compliance with all applicable local, national and international laws and regulations.
- You are prohibited from using the app to capture, edit, distribute illegal, infringing, obscene, harassing, harmful or unauthorized third-party content.
- You may not reverse engineer, decompile, tamper with, hack, interfere with application operation, or bypass our system security mechanisms.
- You shall not use our platform to spread malware, spam, fraudulent information or conduct any activity that may damage our service.
4. User Content & Intellectual Property Rights
- You retain full ownership and intellectual property rights of all original photos, images and content you create, upload and process with Zolmi.
- By using our processing functions, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to temporarily host, render and process your content only for the purpose of providing you with requested application features.
- All trademarks, design, software code, interface and internal technology of Zolmi remain the exclusive intellectual property of our platform, and may not be reproduced without permission.
- You shall ensure you hold full legal rights for all content you process, and shall bear full responsibility for any copyright or right infringement disputes arising from your uploaded materials.
5. Paid Subscription & Payment Terms
- Zolmi may offer optional premium paid subscriptions to unlock advanced professional photography filters, exclusive editing tools, high-definition export and other advanced features.
- All displayed pricing is subject to change, and all charges are non-refundable unless otherwise required by applicable consumer protection law.
- Subscriptions will auto-renew at the end of each billing cycle unless auto-renewal is actively turned off by the user at least 24 hours before the renewal date.
- You are responsible for timely reviewing and managing your own subscription status and payment account settings.
6. Service Modification & Termination
- We reserve the right to suspend, restrict or terminate your access to the application immediately, without prior notice, if we determine you violate this User Agreement or applicable laws.
- We retain the right to permanently discontinue part or all of Zolmi services at our sole discretion, with reasonable public notice where possible.
- Upon account termination, your right to use premium features will cease immediately, and we shall have no obligation to retain or export your user content after a reasonable grace period.
7. Disclaimer of Liability
- The Zolmi application is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without any explicit or implied warranties of accuracy, reliability or uninterrupted service.
- We shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, including data loss, device damage or profit loss arising out of your use of our photography tools.
- We do not take responsibility for service interruptions, system maintenance, network failure or third-party service failures that affect normal application usage.
8. Dispute Resolution & Governing Law
- This User Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the applicable laws of your jurisdiction of residence.
- In the event of any dispute arising from this agreement, users shall first attempt to resolve the issue through friendly negotiation via our official contact channel.
- If amicable negotiation fails, disputes shall be submitted to the competent local court for resolution.
9. Agreement Updates & Amendments
- We reserve the right to revise, update or amend this User Agreement at any time at our sole discretion.
- Updated terms will take effect upon being published within the Zolmi application. Continued use of the application after updates constitutes your acceptance of all revised terms.
- We encourage all users to review this agreement periodically to stay informed of the latest policies.
